Meal Four: Panko Crusted Haddock Sandwhiches

Triumphant return of the biggest winner ("we're all winners!") in the history of Pity Dinner... the Lenten favorite.... Haddock Sandwiches.    Yum. Yum. Yum.

Dory produced the best version yet and we all rejoiced.  She even made the aioli earlier in the week, so it was the tastiest ever.

As with many great achievements, there are occasional losses.... goodbye dear spoon rest, we will miss you.

We have modified the original recipe - we prefer haddock to cod and we prefer this sauce (use regular mayo - it's worth it!).  Ah, Friday fish season...

Meal Seven : Pork Chops with Tomato Gravy

This meal had a few doubters at the start, but it was a big success.  Pork Chops with Tomato Gravy served over Cheese Grits ... southern goodness from a Yankee chef! The king kutter provided perfectly shredded cheese- as usual.

Meal Seventeen: Garlicky Pork Cutlets with Prosciutto, Lemon, and Sage

Repeat from many PD's ago ...   Garlicky Pork Cutlets with Prosciutto, Lemon, and Sage ...they came out perfectly thanks to a special early arrival of Piglet... some vacation time from work meant we got to enjoy his company all evening... sometimes Eeyore needs that support! Rounded out the meal with mashed taters and lima beans.  YUM!

Meal Five: Panko Crusted Haddock

Back by popular demand, the all time favorite ... Crunchy Fish!  The original recipe gets modified from cod to haddock and this sauce is fabulous.  Go for the regular mayo and make it the night before... YUM!  Squirts had a headache, so we missed him at the table, but saved him some dessert....
