Meal Eighteen: Chicken Divan

Since we are just back from Montreal, a Parisian dish was the perfect choice ...  Chicken Divan  made us feel transported abroad on a cool November evening.

Served over egg noodles, Eeyore might have wanted the sauce reduced  bit more... but the flavor was lovely.  Christoper Robin carefully avoided any broccoli on his plate!

Meal Three: Chicken Thighs with Pancetta, White Beans, and Rosemary

  Very tasty winter fare, Chicken Thighs with Pancetta, White Beans and Rosemary made a good meal.  Israeli couscous and broccoli completed the plate. Fun this week: seeing how this tester recipe, Chicken Scarpaiello , was finally published - Chicken Scarpaiello.   Our version had more hot cherry peppers and more parsley,  Maybe we contributed to the final outcome!

Meal Five: Panko Crusted Haddock

Back by popular demand, the all time favorite ... Crunchy Fish!  The original recipe gets modified from cod to haddock and this sauce is fabulous.  Go for the regular mayo and make it the night before... YUM!  Squirts had a headache, so we missed him at the table, but saved him some dessert....
