Meal Five: Pasta Bar

Time for custom creations and LOTS of dirty dishes!

Pasta Bar returns... our standard quick red sauce, pesto, egg noodles and assorted toppings - sausage, beans, cheeses, onions.

Traders Joe's fresh pastas- spinach/ricotta tortellini and artichoke ravioli were big hits.

Meal Seven : Pork Chops with Tomato Gravy

This meal had a few doubters at the start, but it was a big success. Pork Chops with Tomato Gravy served over Cheese Grits ... southern goodness from a Yankee chef! The king kutter provided perfectly shredded cheese- as usual.

Meal Three: Pasta Bar

Pasta Bar gives plenty of yummy options our different eaters. There was even a special Birthday cupcake for my little guy... Banana with Peanut Butter Frosting homemade by T!

Meal Seventeen: Mm-possible Cheeseburger Pie

This was a favorite of Tigger's growing up. His Grandma would make it for him and even gave me copy of the recipe with her added notes (more cheese ... sometimes I leave off the tomatoes...) . Tigger has been missing his grandpa recently as he refinishes his old drafting table, so a little homage was a good solution. Its more known as Impossibly Easy Cheeseburger Pie today and some sauteed corn worked right along side. Hooray for childhood treats!
