Meal Twenty-Three: Chicken Shepherd's Pie

 
Our 2015 Finale was a tasty twist on Shepherd's Pie... chicken!  It was lots of chopping and shredding, but delish!  Some great dinners rolls and desserts rounded out the meal. 
What a great year!

Meal Seventeen: Mm-possible Cheeseburger Pie

  This was a favorite of Tigger's growing up. His Grandma would make it for him and even gave me copy of the recipe with her added notes (more cheese ... sometimes I leave off the tomatoes...) .    Tigger has been missing his grandpa recently as he refinishes his old drafting table, so a little homage was a good solution.   Its more known as Impossibly Easy Cheeseburger Pie today and some sauteed corn worked right along side. Hooray for childhood treats!
