Meal Twelve: Buffalo Chicken Rolls

 
Better Homes & Gardens called these "Buffalo Chicken Rolls", but they were re-named Buffalo Chicken Calazones around here.  They came out really yummy.  

After Eyore cooked the chicken, she mixed it with celery, carrots, Frank's Hot Sauce and Buffalo sauce.  The pizza dough crust held the meaty goodness with blue cheese crumbles on the top.  

Waffle fries for some, Sweet Potato Tater Tots for others.

  Very tasty winter fare, Chicken Thighs with Pancetta, White Beans and Rosemary made a good meal.  Israeli couscous and broccoli completed the plate. Fun this week: seeing how this tester recipe, Chicken Scarpaiello , was finally published - Chicken Scarpaiello.   Our version had more hot cherry peppers and more parsley,  Maybe we contributed to the final outcome!

Meal Five: Panko Crusted Haddock

Back by popular demand, the all time favorite ... Crunchy Fish!  The original recipe gets modified from cod to haddock and this sauce is fabulous.  Go for the regular mayo and make it the night before... YUM!  Squirts had a headache, so we missed him at the table, but saved him some dessert....
