Meal Twenty: Crispy Garlic Chicken Cutlets

We love fried food!!!  This meal did not disappoint and even suggested improvements to future dinners....  Crispy Garlic Chicken Cutlets were delish!

We modified the original instructions to use panko instead and the breading technique with panko and cornstarch has inspired Eeyore to try that method when Crispy Fish comes back around.  The crust held on great and was really tasty.  We were glad Piglet could be there early to help out too!

We also enjoyed Roasted-Garlic Green Beans, for even more protection from vampires!  Spätzle rounded out our side items.

A special birthday dessert for Rabbit completed a great meal.

Meal Seven : Pork Chops with Tomato Gravy

This meal had a few doubters at the start, but it was a big success.  Pork Chops with Tomato Gravy served over Cheese Grits ... southern goodness from a Yankee chef! The king kutter provided perfectly shredded cheese- as usual.

Meal Seventeen: Garlicky Pork Cutlets with Prosciutto, Lemon, and Sage

Repeat from many PD's ago ...   Garlicky Pork Cutlets with Prosciutto, Lemon, and Sage ...they came out perfectly thanks to a special early arrival of Piglet... some vacation time from work meant we got to enjoy his company all evening... sometimes Eeyore needs that support! Rounded out the meal with mashed taters and lima beans.  YUM!

Meal Five: Panko Crusted Haddock

Back by popular demand, the all time favorite ... Crunchy Fish!  The original recipe gets modified from cod to haddock and this sauce is fabulous.  Go for the regular mayo and make it the night before... YUM!  Squirts had a headache, so we missed him at the table, but saved him some dessert....
