Meal Seventeen: Panko Crusted Haddock

It was Frizz's Birthday Night - happy 29 sista'!   She chose our menu and it was a great one.  The always popular Panko Crusted Haddock and Cilantro Chile Aioli.  Yum Yum! (you can check March 15th for the recipes).

We picked the side dishes -spaetzle with garlic cream sauce and spicy green beans.  We used boxed version rather than homemade and it was tasty and much less messy!

Dory provided an gooey chocolate dessert... birthday celebration complete!

Meal Seven : Pork Chops with Tomato Gravy

This meal had a few doubters at the start, but it was a big success.  Pork Chops with Tomato Gravy served over Cheese Grits ... southern goodness from a Yankee chef! The king kutter provided perfectly shredded cheese- as usual.

Meal Seventeen: Garlicky Pork Cutlets with Prosciutto, Lemon, and Sage

Repeat from many PD's ago ...   Garlicky Pork Cutlets with Prosciutto, Lemon, and Sage ...they came out perfectly thanks to a special early arrival of Piglet... some vacation time from work meant we got to enjoy his company all evening... sometimes Eeyore needs that support! Rounded out the meal with mashed taters and lima beans.  YUM!

Meal Five: Panko Crusted Haddock

Back by popular demand, the all time favorite ... Crunchy Fish!  The original recipe gets modified from cod to haddock and this sauce is fabulous.  Go for the regular mayo and make it the night before... YUM!  Squirts had a headache, so we missed him at the table, but saved him some dessert....
