Nicknames

We are having are usual PD break... summer travels and visitors shake up the routines.  To that end, I think we need new nicknames.

Frizz = Sleepy (she never stays awake for the drive home)
CPap = Doc ( he is a line leader) OR Grumpy (sometimes, he is)
Dory = Sneezy (not good for the chef.... but she can have issues)
Squirt = Bashful (quiet and sweet)
Bubbles = Dopey  (distracted by a butterfly)
Squints = Happy (Frizz says that is what i should be, which is really sweet!)

Meal Three: Chicken Thighs with Pancetta, White Beans, and Rosemary

  Very tasty winter fare, Chicken Thighs with Pancetta, White Beans and Rosemary made a good meal.  Israeli couscous and broccoli completed the plate. Fun this week: seeing how this tester recipe, Chicken Scarpaiello , was finally published - Chicken Scarpaiello.   Our version had more hot cherry peppers and more parsley,  Maybe we contributed to the final outcome!

Meal Five: Panko Crusted Haddock

Back by popular demand, the all time favorite ... Crunchy Fish!  The original recipe gets modified from cod to haddock and this sauce is fabulous.  Go for the regular mayo and make it the night before... YUM!  Squirts had a headache, so we missed him at the table, but saved him some dessert....
