Meal Ten: Hogie Bake and Potato Salad

I needed some comfort food after a busy work week and a warm "sandwiches" with potato salad hit the spot.

Hoagie Bake and classic Potato Salad were simple to shop for, easy to cook and yummy to eat.  Not the most complex flavors or techniques, but some Fridays should be easy!

Frizz could not join us due to work demands - we missed you!  We will have a few weeks hiatus due to visitors and travel.  Things get busy as the weather warms up.

Meal Seven : Pork Chops with Tomato Gravy

This meal had a few doubters at the start, but it was a big success.  Pork Chops with Tomato Gravy served over Cheese Grits ... southern goodness from a Yankee chef! The king kutter provided perfectly shredded cheese- as usual.

Meal Seventeen: Garlicky Pork Cutlets with Prosciutto, Lemon, and Sage

Repeat from many PD's ago ...   Garlicky Pork Cutlets with Prosciutto, Lemon, and Sage ...they came out perfectly thanks to a special early arrival of Piglet... some vacation time from work meant we got to enjoy his company all evening... sometimes Eeyore needs that support! Rounded out the meal with mashed taters and lima beans.  YUM!

Meal Five: Panko Crusted Haddock

Back by popular demand, the all time favorite ... Crunchy Fish!  The original recipe gets modified from cod to haddock and this sauce is fabulous.  Go for the regular mayo and make it the night before... YUM!  Squirts had a headache, so we missed him at the table, but saved him some dessert....
