Special Episode: Jersey Fresh Catch

 
A fun trip to the Garden State and we got to enjoy some fresh caught Striped Bass, courtesy of Tigger and Christopher Robin's mad skillz!  

Eeyore found a great recipe for a lovely lemon caper sauce.  Added some orzo with peas and asparagus with Parmesan crust... WOW was this a great Saturday night treat.

  Very tasty winter fare, Chicken Thighs with Pancetta, White Beans and Rosemary made a good meal.  Israeli couscous and broccoli completed the plate. Fun this week: seeing how this tester recipe, Chicken Scarpaiello , was finally published - Chicken Scarpaiello.   Our version had more hot cherry peppers and more parsley,  Maybe we contributed to the final outcome!
