Meal Ten : One-Pan Halibut with Red Potatoes, Corn, and Andouille

Really love sheet pan dinners and this seemed another opportunity to enjoy more of the yummy striped bass the boys brought home from NJ.

It was a great replacement for halibut and we even used my "super sized" sheet pan, which is good for expanding the recipe serving from 4 to 6.

Took some shopping to find Old Bay, but a nice start to summer with an at home "clambake"... One Pan Halibut with potatoes, corn and andouille.

Meal Seven : Pork Chops with Tomato Gravy

This meal had a few doubters at the start, but it was a big success.  Pork Chops with Tomato Gravy served over Cheese Grits ... southern goodness from a Yankee chef! The king kutter provided perfectly shredded cheese- as usual.

Meal Five: Panko Crusted Haddock

Back by popular demand, the all time favorite ... Crunchy Fish!  The original recipe gets modified from cod to haddock and this sauce is fabulous.  Go for the regular mayo and make it the night before... YUM!  Squirts had a headache, so we missed him at the table, but saved him some dessert....
