Meal Fourteen: Chicken Chilaquiles

 

It was a toasty night in the kitchen, but delicious meal.  

Chicken Chilaquiles was enjoyed by a big gang snuggled onto the porch!  

Our Mexican meals always seem to have SO MANY dirty dishes!  Oh well, Christopher Robin worked his magic on cleanup.

  Very tasty winter fare, Chicken Thighs with Pancetta, White Beans and Rosemary made a good meal.  Israeli couscous and broccoli completed the plate. Fun this week: seeing how this tester recipe, Chicken Scarpaiello , was finally published - Chicken Scarpaiello.   Our version had more hot cherry peppers and more parsley,  Maybe we contributed to the final outcome!
