Everyone gets their range of choices from spinach and ricotta to "sauce, lots and lots of sauce".

  Very tasty winter fare, Chicken Thighs with Pancetta, White Beans and Rosemary made a good meal.  Israeli couscous and broccoli completed the plate. Fun this week: seeing how this tester recipe, Chicken Scarpaiello , was finally published - Chicken Scarpaiello.   Our version had more hot cherry peppers and more parsley,  Maybe we contributed to the final outcome!
