Chicken Bonne Femme hit the right note for spring weather that can't commit fully to WARM!
It
was a tasty combo of chicken and potatoes, rounded out with cornbread .
I can't bring myself to make the sweeter version preferred in this part
of the world, but this varied from my usual super simple to appeal to the gang and I was pleased with how it came out
Once again, Piglet proves you can't get better friends ... casual comment of a restaurant menu with bourbon cheesecake and next thing you know, custom made just for us.
How lucky are we?!
