We have enjoyed Chiles Rellenos Casserole before, but it sure is tasty!
Started out with guacamole and classic Rotel queso dip.
We substituted a Mainer for a Canadian, as Piglet was under the weather. :(
our Friday Night Dinner Tradition... professional chefs (2), bartender, dishwasher, meal planner and food lover. Sense of humor required.
