Meal Thirteen: Chicken Scarpariello





Another test recipe from America's Test Kitchen:  Chicken Scarpaiello.

We really enjoyed this and look forward to seeing how it eventually ends up published in Cook's Country magazine.

Chicken, sausage and hot cherry peppers combine to make a very flavorful meal.

  Very tasty winter fare, Chicken Thighs with Pancetta, White Beans and Rosemary made a good meal.  Israeli couscous and broccoli completed the plate. Fun this week: seeing how this tester recipe, Chicken Scarpaiello , was finally published - Chicken Scarpaiello.   Our version had more hot cherry peppers and more parsley,  Maybe we contributed to the final outcome!
