Meal Eight : Mexican Stuffed Shells



WOW was this popular!!!  Mexican and Italian combined into a yummy dish.  It was tagged as "one of the best ever" by Tigger himself.

Pinterest supplied the recipe:  Mexican Stuffed Shells.  I have been wanting to try this Homemade Enchilada Sauce recipe and it seemed like the perfect time.  The crowd approved!  We also had Garlicy Pinto Beans .

This was a great meal!

Meal Five: Panko Crusted Haddock

Back by popular demand, the all time favorite ... Crunchy Fish!  The original recipe gets modified from cod to haddock and this sauce is fabulous.  Go for the regular mayo and make it the night before... YUM!  Squirts had a headache, so we missed him at the table, but saved him some dessert....
