Meal Two: Herb Stuffed Pork Chops


We think this was been on the menu before, but it was just as delicious this time.

Herb Stuffed Pork Chops and Spinach Orzo plus a salad made for a great meal.

"Snow-maggedon"  gave Piglet the urge to bake, so fresh cookies were provided to finish us off in style.

    I used to make a stuffed pork chop recipe that was really good. I'd slit them, stuff them with cooked rice, then cover it in cream of mushroom soup. The quick and easy way to bake pork chops.

Meal Five: Panko Crusted Haddock

Back by popular demand, the all time favorite ... Crunchy Fish!  The original recipe gets modified from cod to haddock and this sauce is fabulous.  Go for the regular mayo and make it the night before... YUM!  Squirts had a headache, so we missed him at the table, but saved him some dessert....
