Meal Nineteen: Buttermilk Baked Chicken



 
Buttermilk Baked Chicken.... This was probably not a favorite, but still good. 

I think perhaps the chicken should have brined longer and been in smaller pieces..... ah well, it was nice to be together!

  Very tasty winter fare, Chicken Thighs with Pancetta, White Beans and Rosemary made a good meal.  Israeli couscous and broccoli completed the plate. Fun this week: seeing how this tester recipe, Chicken Scarpaiello , was finally published - Chicken Scarpaiello.   Our version had more hot cherry peppers and more parsley,  Maybe we contributed to the final outcome!
