A repeat and return to MEAT.... Grilled Patty Melts and Jo Jo Potatoes.   Diner fare is popular with this crowd!

Sadly, Rabbit was battling strep throat and was missed, but these were delish.  Eeyore  is the master of all challenges presented!

  Very tasty winter fare, Chicken Thighs with Pancetta, White Beans and Rosemary made a good meal.  Israeli couscous and broccoli completed the plate. Fun this week: seeing how this tester recipe, Chicken Scarpaiello , was finally published - Chicken Scarpaiello.   Our version had more hot cherry peppers and more parsley,  Maybe we contributed to the final outcome!
