Meal Five: Fish'wich

Eeyore outdid herself with a perfect production of crunchy fish... cooked to order!

We enjoyed Chanel's company, while DownLoad fought off a cold at home and was missed around our table.

No fish meal is complete without roasted potatoes and crunchy slaw.  Finished off with some cupcakes from East End, it was an early spring meal success!

Meal Five: Panko Crusted Haddock

Back by popular demand, the all time favorite ... Crunchy Fish!  The original recipe gets modified from cod to haddock and this sauce is fabulous.  Go for the regular mayo and make it the night before... YUM!  Squirts had a headache, so we missed him at the table, but saved him some dessert....
