Meal Two: Mustard-Onion Pork Cutlets

We enjoyed Mustard-Onion Pork Cutlets with noodles and rolls.  It was a bit of a beige meal and a tad sweeter than Tigger enjoys, but tasty as usual.

Rabbit's bar-tending skills had Eeyore trying to focus!

  Very tasty winter fare, Chicken Thighs with Pancetta, White Beans and Rosemary made a good meal.  Israeli couscous and broccoli completed the plate. Fun this week: seeing how this tester recipe, Chicken Scarpaiello , was finally published - Chicken Scarpaiello.   Our version had more hot cherry peppers and more parsley,  Maybe we contributed to the final outcome!
