Meal Nineteen: Cheeseburger Meatloaf

Cheeseburger Meatloaf   - meaty cheesy goodness and we added BACON!  It was an patriotic meal for Veteran's Day. 

Supporting players included roasted potatoes and sauteed carrots with thyme - created on the spot by our talented team.

Meal Three: Chicken Thighs with Pancetta, White Beans, and Rosemary

  Very tasty winter fare, Chicken Thighs with Pancetta, White Beans and Rosemary made a good meal.  Israeli couscous and broccoli completed the plate. Fun this week: seeing how this tester recipe, Chicken Scarpaiello , was finally published - Chicken Scarpaiello.   Our version had more hot cherry peppers and more parsley,  Maybe we contributed to the final outcome!

Meal Five: Panko Crusted Haddock

Back by popular demand, the all time favorite ... Crunchy Fish!  The original recipe gets modified from cod to haddock and this sauce is fabulous.  Go for the regular mayo and make it the night before... YUM!  Squirts had a headache, so we missed him at the table, but saved him some dessert....
