Meal Fifteen: Chiles Rellenos Casserole

Chiles Rellenos Casserole  ... we had to try this restaurant favorite entree (enjoyed just the night before by dear Dory!) in a easier to prepare casserole ...

It was a smashing success with black and re fried beans as accompaniment.   Caesar salad and margaritas welcomed back to the regular line up as well!

  Very tasty winter fare, Chicken Thighs with Pancetta, White Beans and Rosemary made a good meal.  Israeli couscous and broccoli completed the plate. Fun this week: seeing how this tester recipe, Chicken Scarpaiello , was finally published - Chicken Scarpaiello.   Our version had more hot cherry peppers and more parsley,  Maybe we contributed to the final outcome!
