Meal Eight: French Onion Salisbury Steak

Overdue update again... summer weather is just so tempting. 

We enjoyed Salisbury Steak  with Cheese Toast from Cuisine at Home magazine.  It was saucy and cheesy and quite yummy!

Frizz brought her bartending skills to a new drink... including muddled kiwi.  It was very tasty ... and very green!

  Very tasty winter fare, Chicken Thighs with Pancetta, White Beans and Rosemary made a good meal.  Israeli couscous and broccoli completed the plate. Fun this week: seeing how this tester recipe, Chicken Scarpaiello , was finally published - Chicken Scarpaiello.   Our version had more hot cherry peppers and more parsley,  Maybe we contributed to the final outcome!
