Missed!

The season of travel and other distractions contributed to some missed PD's... Dory & I visited her folks at the Icehouse... C Pap and Bubbles checked out the fishing on the Jersey shore... and Frizz enjoyed some hometown southern hospitality.

We left poor Squirt on his own for a while.  Sorry buddy!

Meal Three: Chicken Thighs with Pancetta, White Beans, and Rosemary

  Very tasty winter fare, Chicken Thighs with Pancetta, White Beans and Rosemary made a good meal.  Israeli couscous and broccoli completed the plate. Fun this week: seeing how this tester recipe, Chicken Scarpaiello , was finally published - Chicken Scarpaiello.   Our version had more hot cherry peppers and more parsley,  Maybe we contributed to the final outcome!
