The return of meat - the people rejoiced!  Balsamic Steak Tips with Horseradish Mash.

This was well received - though Bubbles seemed to feel it was a bit sweet.  Didn't stop him from cleaning the plate and enjoying the leftovers!

  Very tasty winter fare, Chicken Thighs with Pancetta, White Beans and Rosemary made a good meal.  Israeli couscous and broccoli completed the plate. Fun this week: seeing how this tester recipe, Chicken Scarpaiello , was finally published - Chicken Scarpaiello.   Our version had more hot cherry peppers and more parsley,  Maybe we contributed to the final outcome!
